Daily maintenance of air showers should pay attention to several issues:
1. Check and repair the electrical circuit on a regular basis. If there is a fault, you can refer to the electrical schematic diagram for maintenance. Regularly maintain the door, align the electronic lock with the lock hole to prevent the lock from locking, and periodically use the instrument to determine the technical specifications of the equipment. If it cannot meet the requirements of technical parameters, it shall be dealt with promptly.
2. The installed air shower must not be moved in a casual manner to avoid deformation of the air shower.
3. Remove the filter material in the primary-effect air filter regularly. If the wind speed is found to be small, check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it indicates that the pre-filter has more dust and resistance. Increase, remove the non-woven fabric in the primary air filter for cleaning or exchange.
4. After replacing or cleaning the non-woven fabrics, if the air speed cannot be increased, then the high-efficiency air filter has been blocked, resulting in increased resistance, and the high-efficiency air filter should be replaced. When replacing a high-efficiency air filter, remove the nozzle plate, remove the high-efficiency filter, and replace the new high-efficiency air filter according to the specifications of the original high-efficiency filter.
5. After the replacement of the HEPA filter, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage of the frame, and use a dust particle counter to perform the test. After reaching the technical specifications, normal work can be performed.
