It is understood that the current domestic large-scale paper mills need not only quality guaranteed but also relatively stable supply of raw materials. Customs exemption from customs duties has greatly promoted the import of waste paper.
Although imported waste paper has its irreplaceable advantages, it must not ignore the recycling of domestic waste paper.
