(1) Barrier properties Barrier properties include gas barriers and moisture barriers, and food degradation is due in large part to the barrier properties of the selected materials. The choice of materials should be based on different materials, shelf life, storage conditions, and other appropriate choice of barrier materials. (3) Film smoothness The film surface should have good smoothness to ensure that it can be packaged smoothly. (4) Automatic sealing performance Sealing, false sealing, sealing, sticking, drawing, etc. should be avoided. The faster the canning speed, the better, otherwise it will affect the appearance of the package and food safety. Before the automatic packaging, a heat sealer should be used to perform necessary tests on the heat sealing temperature, the heat sealing time, and the heat sealing pressure of the heat sealer to improve efficiency and avoid waste.

(5) Ink properties In addition to the general requirements for bonding ink and substrate, the requirements for inks in food packaging films must be able to withstand sterilization and boiling treatment requirements, as well as freeze resistance, heat resistance, etc. No ink peeling or condensation will occur during transportation or storage. Can be tested according to GB7707 (gravure upholstery printed matter) using a printing combination fastness tester.
