The evaporator is a very important component in the refrigeration of the high-low temperature alternating damp heat test box. The low-temperature condensation "liquid" passes through the evaporator and exchanges heat with the outside air, and the "gas" heat absorption reaches the cooling. effect. When the high-low temperature alternating damp heat test box is cooled, most of the refrigerant that flows into the evaporator of the test box through the expansion valve is liquid, but the moisture content also has a part of the gas. The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator and the liquid continuously evaporates into gas, so the refrigerant vaporizes more and more as it flows through the coil. As long as the liquid cooling does not evaporate, the temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator will not increase. However, when the last drop of liquid turns into steam, the reabsorbed heat raises the temperature of the gas, so if the temperature starts to rise at the outlet end of the coil, it means that there is no liquid in the evaporator. Accurate control of the flow of refrigerant through the evaporator is important.

For the dry evaporator, excessive amount of paper coolant should be avoided, otherwise part of the liquid will flow through the evaporator and just pass through the coil outlet, and it will be sucked by the compressor and damage the compressor. In addition, the lack of refrigerant should also be avoided, otherwise the refrigerant will completely evaporate when leaving the outlet end of the coil, and the efficiency of the evaporator will not be high. To ensure the efficiency of the evaporator, it should be ensured that sufficient refrigerant evaporates the entire evaporator and there is no liquid refrigerant at the outlet of the coil.
