The principle of formaldehyde experiment:
Formaldehyde is most volatile when heated, so the scent after boiling can visually reflect the formaldehyde content of the board. The sheets are bonded together with a binder. Most of the sheets on the market use urea-formaldehyde resins. The urea-formaldehyde resin decomposes at room temperature to produce free formaldehyde, which is brown when dissolved in water. Therefore, the degree of the color of the water can also reflect the formaldehyde concentration to some extent.
Principle of moisture proof experiment:
Water absorption thickness expansion rate is an important quality index of wood-based panels, which intuitively reflects the water resistance and dimensional stability of wood-based panel products. The water absorption thickness expansion rate reflects the ability of the product to resist moisture deformation, and the smaller the value, the better.
MDF is a log milled fiber that completely changes the structure of the wood, so the moisture absorption, water absorption performance and thickness expansion rate are high.
The straw surface wax has a natural water repellency similar to paraffin. MDI itself is a raw material for the manufacture of waterproof coatings and sealants. The polymer structure formed by MDI and grass fiber does not degrade when it is in contact with water, so the original plate can maintain good strength and integrity when exposed to water.

1. Prepare two transparent glass pots, one for each of the original plate and the common plate.
2. Put the sample into two boiling pots, boil until boiling, pay attention to the change of water quality in the pot at this time. The color of the water in the original pot is obviously lighter than the color of the water in the ordinary plate.

3. The degree of expansion of the board is also very different. The water swell rate of the original board is significantly smaller than that of the ordinary board. The thickness of the original plate is not much different before and after boiling, while the ordinary plate is seriously swelled.
4. During the boiling process, the ordinary plate absorbs moisture and expands and deforms. The formaldehyde dissolves in the water and gives off a pungent smell. The original plate is basically free of deformation and smells similar to the fragrance of barley tea.
5. After boiling for 15 minutes, remove the sample pieces from the pot. The ordinary plate can be easily opened and broken. The original plate is still high in strength and has a high moisture resistance coefficient after boiling.
6. Put the original plate into the pot and cook it twice, then remove the plate again and the original plate is still hard.
