Free Space Intent is proud to have been awarded the 2020 SIDA-AkzoNobel ColourFutures Award, organized by SIDS. This award aims to elevate the standards and profiles of interior designers both regionally and globally. It is the only leading interior design award program in Singapore recognized and endorsed by the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI) and the DesignSingapore Council (DSG).
At Free Space Intent, they view design as a collaborative journey shared with their clients. During the initial consultation, their designer will gain a deep understanding of the client's vision for each space, offer creative suggestions, and present a design proposal based on the client's needs.
DUO Residences
The design proposal marks the start of the design development process, not the final outcome. Throughout this phase, the designer guides the homeowner through the aesthetic, technical, and financial aspects of the project, exploring the potential and feasibility of the overall design. Using computer-generated renderings and physical material samples, they aim to clarify any ambiguities and ensure clear communication of design concepts.
The renovation process is closely monitored by the designer to ensure that the design intentions are implemented as planned. Regular site visits are conducted during the renovation period to closely track progress and ensure the quality of workmanship.
