The double-wall corrugated pipe technology research center of the Institute of Light Industry Plastic Processing and the Kunshan Yingshi Plastics Co., Ltd. jointly developed the successful production technology of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) double-wall corrugated pipe.
It is reported that this product production technology is the leading domestic level. The Vicat softening temperature of the pipe reaches above 93°C, and the heat resistance is excellent. It is ten times higher than the Vicat softening temperature of the ordinary hard PVC twin-wall corrugated pipe, and it meets the requirements for the use of high power and cable sheathing pipes. Double-wall corrugated pipe has one more application field and has a good market prospect.
