I absolutely love creating stained glass projects with kids—it’s easily one of my favorite crafts. The best part? It's super quick, mess-free, and instantly brightens up any corner of your home. This year, I wanted to try something new for Christmas, and I thought holly leaves and berries would be the perfect festive touch. ---  ### Materials Needed To Make Holly Sun Catchers: - Clear contact paper (sticky-back plastic) - Tissue paper in green and red - Black card or paper ---  ### How To Make Holly Sun Catchers: 1. Cut the black paper into holly leaf shapes and round berry designs. 2. Take a piece of contact paper that’s slightly larger than your leaf template. 3. Peel off the backing and stick the corners down to keep it flat while working. 4. Tear or cut the tissue paper into small pieces—this helps kids develop their fine motor skills. Once the tissue paper-covered leaf is complete, trim the edges of the contact paper and stick it onto a window. The result is stunning! This activity also works beautifully as a group effort. Everyone can create individual leaves, and then combine them into one large holly design for a collaborative masterpiece. ---  When displayed around a window, it creates a festive and colorful pattern.
