(1) The air shower room must be maintained and operated by trained personnel who have received professional training. Regular inspections and proper storage are essential to ensure the equipment functions correctly.
(2) Minor issues should be addressed by the equipment operators trained by Party A, while more complex or large-scale problems require our technical team to perform repairs.
(3) As shown in Figure 1, the primary filter can be removed and inspected on a monthly basis. If dust buildup is observed, it should be cleaned or replaced immediately to maintain optimal performance.
(4) The high-efficiency filter can be removed as demonstrated in Figures 2 and 3. Its lifespan depends on two main factors: the frequency of use of the air shower and the maintenance of the primary filter. Under normal conditions, the high-efficiency filter typically lasts about two years. It is recommended to measure and record the airflow velocity regularly. If the air velocity drops below 10 m/s, the high-efficiency filter must be replaced promptly.
(5) When entering or exiting the air shower, never open both doors at the same time. This can cause damage to the door locks and compromise the integrity of the cleanroom environment.
(6) Avoid pushing the glass panels with your hands when passing through the door. This could lead to accidental breakage and potential injury.
(7) When using the door, always pull the handle gently. Do not force the door open to its maximum position, as this may damage the door, lock, or door closer mechanism.
(8) Never attempt to forcibly open the door while the air shower system is running. This could result in mechanical failure or safety hazards.
