In order to firmly seal the contents, an additional foil is usually heat-sealed onto the cap of the margarine bottle. For the in-mold labeling caps displayed this time, the labels are properly arranged after insertion and can be directly sealed on the packaging cans. In this way, margarine can be reliably protected without the need for additional foils.
Netstal also introduced the system's application on the E-LION 1750 model. This all-electric type has the characteristics of strong clean room adaptability, consistent processing quality and so on. The molded part is a POM sleeve and is injection molded using a 32-imp mold. In order to meet the extremely short cycle time, the machine has the highest processing accuracy and the largest output rate.
