1. Hardness and elasticity

2. Ink transferability

It is required to have a large amount of ink sucked by the rubber roller and a low ink transfer rate, so that more ink can be stored on the rubber roller, which helps to transport the ink evenly, and can transfer a sufficient amount of ink evenly in a short period of time. Printing plate up.

3. Adaptability

It is required that under various temperature conditions, the properties of the rubber roller should be good to ink transfer; under high temperature conditions, it is required that the roller should not be hardened and maintain good ink-transferability; under high temperature conditions, the roller should be required to be non-tacky. Bake the glue, in the process of operation requires that the roller heat is small, in order to maintain a constant ink viscosity.

4. Oil resistance

The rubber roller is more resistant to oil, and rubber rollers with poor oil resistance tend to expand or shrink, causing dimensional changes that affect the quality of the print.

5. In addition to the above requirements, the rubber roller must also have a certain strength and wear resistance. The surface of the rubber roller should be free from impurities, pinholes, and easy to clean. The overall diameter of the roller must be the same.
