Civil construction conditions
1. Ice rink 1200m2 (standard rink). The proposed total power distribution: 320KW.
2. The rink ice surface position must be concave 500mm for the production of ice surface, in order to ensure that the completion of the ice surface and the level of the attached area.
3. The requirements of the ceiling above the ice: The height of the floor is more than 5 meters, and the design of two or more hollows and lighting are preferred. In the summer, direct sunlight shall be used for the electric shading device when it is directly on the ice.
4. Ice floor load-bearing requirements: The floor construction ice rink load-bearing 850KG/m2 (if using the domestic hand-pushing ice-carrying car, the ground bearing can only be 550KG/m2 above), and the ground ice rink construction bears more than 550KG/m2.
5. Live load: The number of skating people can accommodate up to 300-400 people.
6. Dynamic load: The weight of the whole ice truck is 3193 kg at full load. (Imported whole ice car, small area can be used domestic push ice repair car)
7. The ice surface and the trench are all treated with waterproof, and the waterproof protective layer is 400mm from the floor surface.
8. The width of the pipe ditch is 1.2 meters. Cover plate is covered. The part of the ice scraper's entrance and exit must be able to bear the weight of the whole ice car. The rest can withstand people's walking and activities. The cover plate can be disassembled to facilitate maintenance of the pipeline. Support can be added to the pipeline but it must not be damaged or waterproof.
Subsidiary area requirements
1. The appurtenance area is about 500m2. The floor is covered with rubber flooring to prevent damage to the ice skates.
2. Affiliated area facilities include: ticket office, import and export gates, toilets, water bar, sound control room, office, shoe store, counter, medical office, etc.
3. The area of ​​the refrigerating machine room is about 120m2, located near the ice rink. The distance is not more than 10 meters.

4, liquid waterproof layer K12: to ensure the tightness of the ice rink;
5, 150mm thick polystyrene extruded board insulation: to ensure insulation and ground strength;
6, 40mm sliding layer +1:2 cement mortar protective layer: to ensure that the ice structure does not damage the structural layer due to freeze-thaw deformation;
7, 100mm antifreeze enamel layer, equipped with 12,200 single-layer rebar, to ensure the ice field compressive strength;
8, 40mm coil sand layer built-in PE25 row pipe, center spacing 65mm, to ensure the ice scene layer of high precision;
9,70-80mm real ice
Precautions
1, carefully check the lace rope is properly dressed and tied;
2, before skating, do some warm-up moves, start skating, there must be ten to twenty minutes of easy slow slip;
3. When there are a lot of people, you should avoid sudden stoppages or turns.
4. When leaving or entering a skating rink, care should be taken to avoid other skaters coming on the go;
5, the body should not carry a sharp and easily injured body;
6. When falling, remember to get up and take care of other skaters.
7. Beginners should wear lightweight helmets, hand guards, and knee pads for safety. It is best to have a coach to accompany them.
8. Do not skate on the street or on the street;
9. After you stop skating, do some exercise to calm your body before leaving the rink;
10, when slipping ice, you should bring good gloves to prevent injury when wrestling.
