This distance must be adjusted properly, it has a great influence on the evenness of the finished paper. If the distance is too close, the pulp speed will exceed the net speed, and the paper will have thin channels; if it is too far, the uniformity is not good, and the paper sheet will appear flaky or flowery. Generally, the side of the paper web has a large quantity, and the distance between the curved plate and the net cage is adjusted closer; otherwise, the width is adjusted wider.
(3) Adjust the distance between the rubber skirt and the two sides under the spray plate, that is, increase or decrease its side to adjust the thickness and uniformity of the paper, and also cut the rubber skirt into a circular arc shape to overcome the middle of the paper sheet The disadvantages of thick books on both sides.
(4) The up and down adjustment plate (grid blade) on the headbox can adjust the single-sided quantitative of the paper. The adjustment plate is raised. The flow rate of the paper stock liquid in this section slows down, and the scouring effect decreases, while the paper stock liquid in other places increases the sizing, that is, the amount in this section increases.
