l For paper testing, the burst resistance value is below 300kPa, the burst test time is greater than 4s, or the burst resistance value is above 300kPa, and the burst test time is greater than 5s.
l If the above situation occurs, it can be considered that there is excessive air in the test system, that is, oil shortage.
2.If the inspection proves that the system is short of oil, you can add oil through the oil filling cup on the instrument
When refueling, just press the button on the upper part of the oil filling cup to let the oil flow into the test cylinder, and it can be seen that there are bubbles escaping from the oil filling cup. When the oil amount of the oil filling cup is insufficient, the silicone oil dropper equipped with a random device can be used to absorb the silicone oil Fill the oil filler cup from the oil filler hole on the top of the oil filler cup.
3. After using for a long time (generally about 1 year), the glycerin that has become dirty in the system should be replaced as follows:
A. Follow these steps to remove the compression ring compression nut:
Place 100mm × 100mm cardboard between the upper pressing rings;
Turn on the gas source. Adjust the gauge pressure to 0.40MPa ～ 0.45MPa;
Press the red button on the left side to move the upper clamp ring down to hold the lower clamp ring;
Insert the cylindrical pin of the special wrench provided into the pin hole around the compression nut, pull the wrench counterclockwise to remove the compression nut.
B. Remove the lower pressure ring and film.
C. Place a suitable container under the oil drain on the bottom of the instrument to prepare the oil, remove the hex screw of the oil drain, press the button of the oil filling cup, and release the glycerin.
D. Install the oil drain screw, inject (60 ~ 800) ml of gasoline from the test cylinder, without compressed air, start the piston to make dozens of reciprocating movements, until the glycerin cylinder is cleaned
E. Add (60 ～ 70) ml of glycerin, turn on the piston to reciprocate until no bubbles escape from the system, stop the machine, and fill with glycerin.
F. Install the film and the lower clamp ring, and press it with the compression nut.
G. Fill the oil filling cup with glycerin and press the button repeatedly to exhaust the remaining air in the system.
