Children's projects break through the bottleneck

Because of the endless dreams, Zhou Bing fell in love with mountain climbing during the ride and joined the China Mountaineering Association. In addition, because of his hobby, Zhou Bing joined the Tianjin Bicycle Industry Association. At the same time, he is also the chairman of the Tianjin Undergraduate Cycling Union and leads 15 university associations. It was with the accumulation of these resources that Zhou Bing started its entrepreneurship in 2013 and mainly engaged in college outdoor tourism projects.

Since the beginning of the venture two years ago, college outdoor projects have been operating well, but with the arrival of the expansion bottleneck period and increasingly fierce market competition, the project needs to inject fresh blood. Zhou Bing said. In the course of groping the field last year, I caught up with the pro-child market and I was exposed to the concept of camp education. After eight months of preliminary preparation, including recruitment of talents, market research, line inspections, event planning, etc., on May 1 this year, Zhou Bing’s team launched the first outdoor activities in the desert after the transition to children’s outdoor tourism, because there was no Customer base, the promotion of the first event was entirely based on friends and friends with WeChat forwarding. The destination is the Emerald Island. Since it has gone under no less than 40 visits in the early days and is familiar with local people, it is not a traditional tourist attraction but a 15-km desert walk. Zhou Bing said that because he had never done a children's group before, so the preparations for the earlier period were also more intensive, including 120% preparation of various materials. It was later discovered that many were redundant, but they let the first time participate in activities. The family had a satisfactory experience.

It was this insistence that when Zhou Bing organized a second event two weeks later, the number of participants rose from 30 to 120.

Seeking finance to solve talent shortage

Due to the influx of events, many educational institutions in the city have actively found Zhou Bing and wanted to cooperate in the form of custom planning.
