The emergence of YAG laser technology has given rise to a certain improvement in the number of screen lines and the clarity of the mesh, which can be combined with flexographic printing with slightly higher resolution. The disadvantage is that the YAG laser is difficult to maintain stable during engraving, making it difficult to control the consistency of the mesh shape of the entire anilox roller, and it is easy to cause uneven ink in different parts.

The effective cable is 400-2000 lpi and the highest is 2540 lpi (Of course, the actual application does not require a roller with more than 1500 lpi), and the same mesh At high altitude, the ink loading is increased by more than 30% compared to other anilox rollers, especially when the number of lines is high, the ink volume is more than 70% higher. Excellent ink-conducting performance, extremely low dot diffusion, and can fully meet the printing requirements of using CTP fine plate. In China, due to the obsolete flexo printing technology and theoretical constraints, some people in the industry believe that when the cable reaches 800 lpi or so, the amount of ink will inevitably decrease. Even so, the color density of the hierarchical network is also subdued.
