Test Method - Low Temperature Test Chamber According to GB/T 5135.1-2003 Standard
The showerhead sample was placed inside a low-temperature test chamber, where the temperature was maintained at (-30±2)°C for a duration of 24 hours. After this period, the sample was removed and allowed to acclimatize at room temperature for another 24 hours. During this time, the surface coating or plating on the nozzle was carefully examined for any signs of damage, such as cracks or peeling.
Following the low-temperature test, all samples underwent a sealing test and a functional test under a pressure of 0.035 MPa. The results of these tests must meet the following criteria: there should be no cracking or peeling of the coating or plating on the nozzle, and the nozzle itself should remain undamaged. Additionally, after the initial tests, all nozzles were retested under the same pressure conditions to ensure that they remained leak-free and operated smoothly during activation.
