At present, the commonly adopted method in developed countries is to use a multi-group, multi-drop molding machine. For example, the speed of 12 sets of double-dripping serial bottle-making machines produced abroad can exceed 240/min, which is more than 4 times higher than the 6 sets of single-droplet forming machines commonly used in the country. In order to ensure high-speed high-quality and high molding pass rate, electronic timers are used instead of the traditional cam drums. The main actions are all using forming parameters. Large-scale kilns that match high-speed molding machines must have a large capacity to stably supply high-quality glass liquids. The temperature and viscosity of the gobs must meet the requirements of the best molding conditions. For this reason, the raw material composition must be very stable, and the refined standard raw materials used by glass bottle manufacturing enterprises in developed countries are mostly provided by specialized raw material production enterprises. 4.
