In order to ensure the safety of the building in terms of material quality, the main materials in these two projects are directly selected from Baosteel's plates and Ma Steel's H-shaped steel, and the materials are all made of domestic refractory and weathering steel. 1. The design specifications need to be improved. In the development of steel structure high-rise residential buildings in 2001, we first encountered design problems. At that time, "General Technical Guidelines for Steel Structure Housing" and "Technical Guidelines for Steel Frame-Concrete Core Tube Housing" were still under preparation. Due to the different choices of codes, we held several expert demonstrations during the design process. Although the experts gave their approval, the opinions of the experts' argumentation meeting cannot be used as technical guidelines. Therefore, we feel that in order to develop steel-structured residences, the specifications must be advanced, and the specifications must be adapted to the development of various structural systems of steel-structured residences, otherwise it is quite difficult to promote the steel-structured residence system.
2. Choosing appropriate fire prevention measures The steel's strength will decrease at high temperature, which determines that the steel structure house must consider the fire prevention problem. Since it is a residential building, after the construction is put into use, how to protect the fire protection material is also a big problem. Therefore, as a steel structure house, it is necessary to find an appropriate and reasonable fire prevention measure to ensure the overall safety of the residents after staying. Practice also tells us that China's research and material supply is still lagging behind in this regard, and further development and improvement are needed.
