Second, find the place where the fault occurred. Here we take the failure of the compressor as an example. The following requirements should be met during maintenance:
a) Check if the dry filter exhaust is normal;
b) Check if the pressure indication of the vacuum gauge is in a descending state and in a vacuum state. If there is no such description, it should be stopped immediately to check whether the pipeline, gas cylinder and pressure gauge are connected badly, so that the inlet pressure gauge is not in a vacuum state, or the welding is not blocked properly. After clearing the cause and eliminating the fault, the power can be continuously observed. Exhausting in this way can only eliminate most of the air in the capillary, evaporator, suction pipe and compressor in the system, and can not achieve the purpose of high vacuum of the system, so the repair can be completed in a short time. The effect of the vacuum is achieved.
Third, when repairing the test box, it is necessary to weld some parts. When welding, the welding must be carried out according to the original position. Otherwise, capillary blocking may occur and the cooling effect may be affected.
