Reformation of steel bar pressure welding process

The connecting steel bars are secured between the fixed and movable pipe clamps of the clamp, creating a small gap of approximately 8 mm at each end of the joint. Adjust the movable pipe clamp so that the two steel bars align perfectly along their central axis.

Next, apply flame to heat the gap between the two steel bars until the ends begin to slightly melt. Once any rust, grease, or cement residue has been removed, apply an initial pressure to the fixture, ensuring the ends of the steel bars make contact. The pressure should be around 5 MPa, with the welding seam located in the center. Gradually increase the swing of the heater from a small to a larger motion, reaching a maximum swing of about twice the diameter of the steel bar. When the heated area reaches the desired temperature—approximately 1300–1350°C—allow it to bake slightly. Afterward, release the pressure and remove the clamp once it has cooled down slightly. For more details on the pressure used in steel bar pneumatic welding, refer to section 1.

According to records from 1987, the pressure required for steel bar welding is typically measured in millimeters and centimeters. During construction, attention must be given to the placement of heating pipes and radiators, ensuring they are easily accessible for maintenance and efficient heat transfer. If a pipeline valve is installed, it should include an inspection port for convenience.

Radiator covers should be designed as removable, claw-style covers. Avoid covering the front of panel radiators, as this can hinder the heat dissipation process and reduce efficiency.

Before starting interior decoration, it's important to know the location and direction of hidden electrical wiring to avoid damaging the cables when drilling holes in walls or floors. When adding new electrical lines, ensure they do not exceed their load capacity and implement proper protective measures, especially for wires installed in ceilings. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle or alter gas pipelines without authorization. When installing outlets, follow the original grounding configuration—left for ground, middle for neutral, and right for live. Maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 10 cm between electrical pipelines and other utility lines, including gas pipelines. At intersections, the clearance between electrical wires and gas pipelines should be at least 5 cm. Ensure that electrical switches and connectors near gas pipelines are at least 15 cm apart. Any replacement of gas appliances such as stoves or water heaters must be approved by the local gas management authority.

During the renovation process, floor drains and sanitary fixtures should be properly sealed to prevent debris like mortar or dirt from entering the sewage system, which could cause blockages and lead to sewage overflow in neighboring homes or urinals. Avoid placing large objects in the garbage chute to prevent clogging and ensure smooth waste removal. Plan the renovation carefully to minimize disturbances to other residents and ensure timely disposal of all construction waste.
