Reformation of steel bar pressure welding process

The connecting steel bars are securely clamped into the fixed and movable pipe clamps of the welding device, creating a small gap of approximately 8 mm between the ends of the two steel bars. Adjust the movable clamp so that both steel bars are aligned on the same axis to ensure proper contact during the welding process.

Next, apply flame heating to the gap between the steel bars until the end surfaces begin to melt slightly. Once any rust, grease, or cement residue has been removed, apply an initial pressure to the fixture to bring the end surfaces together. The pressure should be around 5 MPa, with the welding seam positioned at the center. Gradually increase the heat from a small flame to a larger one, ensuring the maximum heating range is about twice the diameter of the steel bar. When the heated area reaches the appropriate temperature—approximately 1300 to 1350°C—apply a slight additional heat to complete the fusion. After this, allow the joint to cool slightly before releasing the pressure and removing the clamps. For more details on the pressure requirements for steel bar welding, refer to section 1.

The pressure used in steel bar welding depends on the diameter of the bars, typically measured in millimeters or centimeters. These values were originally documented by construction workers in 1987. When installing heating pipes and radiators, it's important to consider ease of maintenance and efficient heat transfer. If a pipeline valve is installed, make sure there is a convenient access point for inspection.

Radiator covers should be designed as removable, claw-type covers, and the front of the radiator plate must remain uncovered to ensure optimal heat dissipation.

Before starting interior decoration, it’s crucial to locate and understand the direction of hidden electrical wiring to avoid damaging the lines when drilling or cutting into walls and floors. When adding new wiring, ensure it does not exceed the allowable load capacity and implement proper protection measures, especially for wires installed in ceilings. It is strictly prohibited to alter or dismantle gas pipelines without authorization. When adding outlets, follow the original grounding configuration—left for ground, middle for neutral, and right for live. Maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 10 cm between electrical and gas pipelines, and ensure a clearance of at least 5 cm where they cross. Keep electrical switches and connectors at least 15 cm away from gas pipelines. Any replacement of gas appliances such as stoves or water heaters must be approved by the local gas management authority.

During the renovation process, make sure to seal floor drains and sanitary fixtures promptly. Avoid flushing debris like mortar or dirt into the sewage system to prevent blockages, which could cause sewage overflow from lower-level floors or urinals. Be cautious when disposing of large debris to avoid clogging the garbage disposal system. Plan your renovation carefully to minimize disturbance to other residents. Always remove and transport construction waste in a timely manner.
