Removable high-strength cellular composite packaging

Changzhou Yongsheng Paper Tube Complete Equipment Factory has successfully developed a removable high-strength honeycomb compound packaging box that can replace wooden packaging boxes for the packaging of mechanical and electrical products, electrical appliances and ordnance products. The packing box has four side plates and two bottom plates, and the adjacent two side plates are connected with the bottom plate by the self-developed fasteners of the plant to form a stable box body. Both the side panels and the bottom panel are made of a honeycomb core and a special sheet. The advantages are light weight, beautiful appearance, high compressive strength, good impact resistance, and good sealing performance. The cost is much lower than wooden packaging boxes. It can be stacked and transported to the packing site and assembled into boxes. After use, it can be disassembled. Re-assembled into boxes for reuse, convenient assembly and disassembly, saving on packing and transportation costs, and conducive to environmental protection.
