In order to further improve China's professional skills standards system, provide scientific and normative basis for professional skills appraisal, and promote the socialized management of occupational skills appraisal, the Ministry of Labor and Press and Publication Administration have organized the electronic color separation worker's “National Occupational Skill Appraisal Specification”. (Assessment outline) (hereinafter referred to as "the specification"), and through the relevant experts approved, is now awarded a trial.

This "Specification" is for the characteristics and nature of electronic color separation workers, in accordance with the relevant requirements of occupational skills appraisal and the Ministry of Labor and Press and Publication Administration jointly promulgated in 1993 "worker technical grade standards" electronic color separation worker standards, after full investigation, It was formulated on the basis of listening to relevant expert opinions.
