The Moderne
This project was a unique opportunity for Moniomi to create a one-of-a-kind interior within a historic home. Built in the 1920s and known as the 100 Barclay, this skyscraper was designed by architect Ralph Walker with a vision for the future. Moniomi honored its legacy by combining the bold geometric shapes and vibrant colors of the Art Deco era with modern materials and textiles. They blended vintage pieces with contemporary elements, creating a timeless yet fresh aesthetic that feels both nostalgic and new.
The Illusionist
Located on the beach, this condominium captures the open and airy feel of its coastal surroundings. With breathtaking views, the design merges organic luxury with tribal-inspired patterns. Fluid curves contrast with natural angles, resulting in an elegant and eclectic retreat that feels both modern and deeply connected to nature.
The Angler’s Landing
Overlooking the Florida Gulf Coast, this new construction challenged Moniomi to create a home that complements its natural surroundings while still standing out as a symbol of style and sophistication. The result is a modern take on a coastal beach house, blending luxurious comfort with a relaxed, organic vibe. Natural materials and striking color choices make this home truly unique and inviting.

This high-end home embodies modern luxury at its finest. Moniomi skillfully combined the client’s European-inspired furniture with a fresh, contemporary concept, allowing her personal style to shine through. Bold and intricate designs are balanced with natural, organic elements for a dramatic yet harmonious effect. From the custom marble dining table with a striking pattern to the full-wall headboard made of soft linen and brass, every detail reflects a deep understanding of elegance and artistry.
The Enthusiast
By blending calming monotone patterns with free-form textures, Moniomi created a serene and relaxing space in this beachfront property. Every element of the design reflects a bold yet approachable vision. Monochromatic geometry is used throughout, from the marble island to the custom powder room, making this rental property a true standout.
