This stunning home, known as 100 Barclay, was originally built in the 1920s and designed by architect Ralph Walker. MONIOMI took this historic building and infused it with modern flair, blending the bold geometric shapes and vibrant colors of the Art Deco era with contemporary materials and textures. By combining vintage finds with modern elements, they created a space that feels both timeless and fresh.
The Illusionist
Located on the beach, this condominium captures the essence of coastal living with its open, airy feel. MONIOMI merged organic luxury with tribal-inspired patterns to create a space that's both elegant and eclectic. Fluid curves contrast with natural angles, making this a true retreat for those who love the sea.
The Angler’s Landing
Overlooking the Florida Gulf Coast, this new construction project challenged MONIOMI to balance modern elegance with the natural beauty of the surroundings. They achieved this by using natural materials and striking color palettes, resulting in a home that feels both luxurious and relaxed.

MONIOMI seamlessly blended the client’s European-inspired furniture with a fresh, modern concept, creating a space that reflects the owner’s unique personality. Bold designs are balanced with natural elements, such as the custom-designed marble dining table and the full-wall headboard made from soft linen and sturdy brass.
