Printing roller maintenance experience

(1) Before each day of work, the operator of the printing press should clean the shoulder iron (roller) of the plate cylinder and blanket cylinder.

(2) When changing the blanket, clean the surface of the rubber roller with pure alcohol, gasoline or car washing water, then dry it with a cloth, and finally add RESOST7-3 anti-rust oil on the surface of the plate cylinder and the rubber roller with a cotton cloth or brush. Add two times in succession and leave for 5 minutes to dry.

(3) The backing paper used in the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder is soaked with oil and dried and reused, so that the use effect is better, or an appropriate thickness can be cut with an appropriate thickness of the offset plate.
