4. Shake each reagent before adding it.
5. After adding Substrate Liquid A and Substrate Liquid B, the general color development time is 15-20 minutes. If the color is lighter, the reaction time can be extended to 30 minutes. On the contrary, the reaction time is shortened.
6. The reaction termination solution is 2M sulfuric acid to avoid skin contact.
7. Do not use the ELISA kit after the expiration date; also do not use any reagents in the kit that has passed the expiration date.
